My biggest piece yet, 350 hours of work and patience went into this one and it truly lived with me through some of my darkest and most intense emotions.I was feeling like an outcast in my community and returned to my practise as a way of healing the child that felt alone. It holds the energy of theatre and the masks that we hide behind.Some days I would draw for 10 hours, this piece really pushed me to my limit of paitence and it was a mental struggle often to sit down and zoom in on a section instead of looking at the whole picture and feeling overwhelmed at the amount of work that was left to complete. A true journey was taken and a beautiful outcome of healing and growth.
